Treasury Directive TD 22-01, dated November 15, 2001, is inactive. This Directive sets policy and assigns responsibilities for implementing Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76, "Performance of Commercial Activities," dated August 4, 1983. The directive may be reposted, if the moratorium on public-private competitions is lifted.
