REASON FOR CANCELLATION: Treasury Directive (TD) 74-14, dated October 30, 2007, is cancelled. The TD is replaced by “Treasury Telework Program” TN 12-004, dated April 19, 2012. The Office of Human Resources has issued internal personnel guidance (TN-12-004) to replace TD 74-14. The Human Capital Issuance System (HCIS) is the repository for Treasury wide Human Capital policies. TD 74-14 is cancelled.
