REASON FOR CANCELLATION: The PIE program/office no longer exists. There is no mandate requiring the establishment of the PIE office. Treasury bureaus, as part of their delegated personnel authorities and responsibilities, have individual recruitment programs that include educational outreach activities on a broad scale.
