An interagency group consisting of representatives from Treasury, the Federal Reserve Board, and other Federal banking agency functions conducts periodic analysis of the effect of TARP programs on banking organizations and their activities. This Quarterly CPP Report analyzes the financial data submitted by depository institutions to their primary federal regulator in Call Reports and Thrift Financial Reports, as well as the Y-9C Reports submitted by large bank holding companies each quarter to the Federal Reserve.
