WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of the Treasury today announced that Under Secretary for International Affairs Nathan Sheets will travel to Brussels, Belgium and Paris, France from June 30-July 1, 2016.
On June 30 in Brussels, Under Secretary Sheets will meet with senior European officials, financial sector experts, and private sector economists to discuss economic and market developments following the United Kingdom referendum on membership in the European Union.
On July 1 in Paris, Under Secretary Sheets will attend the 60th Anniversary of the Paris Club. As part of the event, Under Secretary Sheets will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Sovereign Actors and the Changing Landscape of Official Debt Restructuring.”
