Treasury Secretary John Snow and State Secretary for Finance Joop Wijn of The Netherlands will hold a signing ceremony for a protocol amending the US-Netherlands income tax treaty at 11:15 a.m. EST on Monday, March 8, 2004 in the Treasury Department's Media Room (room 4121), 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW.
The Room will be available for pre-set at 10:00 a.m.
