Treasury Secretary John Snow and Acting Ambassador for the United Kingdom, Tony Brenton will hold a ceremony to exchange of instruments of ratification for the new US-UK tax treaty at 11:00 a.m. EST on Monday, March 31, 2003 in the Treasury Department's Diplomatic Reception Room (Room 3311), 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW.
