Treasury Secretary John Snow and Barbados Minister of Industry and International Business Dale Marshall will hold a signing ceremony for a protocol amending the U.S.-Barbados income tax treaty at 4:45 p.m. EST on Wednesday, July 14, 2004 in the Treasury Department's Media Room (room 4121), 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW.
