WASHINGTON, DC The Treasury Department today announced the release of the General Explanations of the Administration's Fiscal Year 2006 Revenue Proposals, also known as the "Blue Book."  Treasury Officials will host a technical briefing on background for the press on the Blue Book at 2:00 PM today.
