U.S. Treasury Secretary John W. Snow will be in Manchester , NH tomorrow Tax Day for the New England region to discuss taxes and the American economy. Secretary Snow will speak to local business owners to talk about the benefits of lower tax rates for all Americans, especially small businesses, and illustrate how President Bush's tax relief has helped the American economy grow and create jobs.
