O'Neill visited Afghanistan earlier this week to encourage reconstruction efforts in the country.  In Pakistan he is promoting economic development and continued efforts to combat the financing of terrorism. O'Neill will travel to India later this week to attend a meeting of the Group of Twenty finance ministers.
