This morning, at 8am before the National Association of Manufacturers, Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill said the fundamental strength of the economy is good and that our economy remains solid, and our recovery is well underway. Earlier this week, Secretary O'Neill was on Wall Street meeting with CEOs, economists and investment managers. In the Secretary's remarks today, he also explained President Bush's belief that economic freedom is the foundation for individual success.
