WASHINGTON, DC - Attorney General John Ashcroft and Deputy Treasury Secretary Kenneth Dam will participate in a signing ceremony with Swiss Attorney General Valentin Roschacher to announce an arrangement between the United States and Switzerland to increase the joint ability to investigate and prevent acts of terror.
