Snow in New York and on Capitol Hill this week

Treasury Secretary John Snow will be in New York this Tuesday and Wednesday for a series of meetings on Wall Street and to deliver remarks about the economy and corporate governance.   During his meetings, Secretary Snow will discuss President Bush's efforts to strengthen the economic recovery and create jobs.  Upon his return to Washington,  Secretary Snow and Housing and Urban Development Secretary Mel Martinez will testify Thursday before the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee about regulation of the mortgage companies Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
