This week, Treasury Secretary John Snow told Bloomberg TV that, The growth rate to date in the American economy has been too anemic. We're recovering, but we're recovering too slowly. The tax bill's going to help, and those lower withholding tables are already going out. The child credit checks will go out at the end of next month to 25 million American families. Monetary policy, it seems to me, and fiscal policy is working together to lay the foundation for much better growth in
the third and fourth quarters.
