Secretary John Snow met with Iraqi Finance Minister Kamil Mubdir al-Gailani during meetings of the IMF, World Bank and G7 finance ministers in Dubai, UAE, this weekend. Secretary Snow is received an update on economic reforms in Iraq and reported on efforts to encourage reconstruction assistance for the nation.
