Secretary Snow was joined by Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan as he addressed the inaugural meeting of the Financial Literacy and Education Commission, hosted by the Department of the Treasury.  The new commission will coordinate federal government financial education programs and work with private sector organizations to promote financial education efforts and improve the financial literacy of all Americans.  Secretary Snow serves as Chairperson of the new commission.
