In testimony before the House Budget Committee, Secretary Snow highlighted the priorities that are reflected in the President’s budget: winning the war on terror and protecting the homeland; increasing the economic security of all Americans by strengthening our economy; and exercising the kind of spending discipline that demonstrates respect for the hard-earned dollars of American taxpayers.
