Secretary John Snow will spend Tax Day in Pennsylvania, visiting with business leaders in Philadelphia and Chester County to discuss the economy and the Administration's efforts to strengthen the economy and create jobs. The President's tax relief initiatives have benefited all Americans - including working families, retirees and small business owners - and have helped to jump-start the economy.
