Secretary John Snow today testified on the President's fiscal year 2005 proposed budget for the Treasury Department. In his statement before a Senate Appropriations subcommittee, Secretary Snow highlighted two of the agency's strategic objectives: to collect federal tax revenue when due through a fair and uniform application of law, and to disrupt and dismantle the financial infrastructure of terrorists, drug traffickers and other criminals.
