Secretary John W. Snow is in Little Rock, Arkansas today to participate in a roundtable discussion on the economy with local business leaders and tour the Copy Systems, Inc. facility. As a result of the President's tax reform initiatives, 865,000 taxpayers in Arkansas will have lower income tax bills in 2004. Secretary Snow will travel to St. Louis, Missouri tomorrow.
