Secretary John W. Snow is in New York City and Chicago today to talk about the economy and economic engagement with China. In New York, he speaks at the MONEY Magazine Summit on the U.S. economy. The Secretary then participates in a Chicago news conference to announce the signing of an agreement between the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the China Foreign Exchange Trade System.
