Secretary John Snow will participate in Ask the White House on-line chat on Tuesday to discuss the President's efforts to strengthen the economy and create jobs. 1.5 million jobs have been created since August 2003. The Secretary also will talk about the state jobs numbers, which will be released by the Labor Department tomorrow morning.
