Treasury Secretary John Snow and Brazil's Finance Minister Antonio Palocci address reporters following the US-Brazil Group for Growth meetings in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Snow complemented Brazil's recent economic performance and both officials discussed plans to generate more growth in their own economies.
