In a ceremony on Ellis Island, NY yesterday morning , U.S. Treasury Secretary John Snow and U.S. Treasurer Anna Cabral unveiled a new, more secure design for the $10 note that will go into circulation in early 2006. I am proud to celebrate our currency in its newest and most sophisticated form yet, Secretary Snow said.
