Secretary Paulson Kicks Off Nationwide Effort to Help Teens ‘Get Smart About Credit’

Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson, Jr., Treasury officials and bankers across the country  have teamed up this week to promote wise credit habits for teens as part of national Get Smart About Credit day.  Secretary Paulson invited students from McLeanHigh School to the Treasury Department for a lesson on using credit cards and the importance of a positive credit history, as other Treasury officials  traveled to schools nationwide to teach classes with local bankers.
