Secretary Henry M. Paulson delivered remarks today before the Confederation of British Industries' Annual Conference in London. The United States and Great Britain have enjoyed a close bond for many years. This relationship is built on a foundation of shared principles and values rooted in individual, political, and economic freedom. Among these are strong support for free markets and confidence in the power of trade and commerce to improve lives, said Paulson.
