Treasury Secretary John Snow will be on Capitol Hill again this morning to testify on the President's proposed FY 2007 budget for the Treasury. He will appear before the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Treasury, the Judiciary, and Housing and Urban Development.
