In a speech Friday morning to the Chamber of Commerce's Small Business Summit, Treasury Secretary John Snow discussed the strength of the American economy and the importance of lower tax rates to keeping the economy strong. Nothing is bigger in the American economy than small business, he said. And thanks to the President's tax policies, we've seen the return of good years for small business.
