In a press conference at the Treasury Department on Friday Secretary Snow and Under Secretary Levey discussed the Terrorist Finance Tracking Program. In a statement on the program, Secretary Snow said: By following the money, the U.S. has been able to locate operatives and their financiers, chart terrorist networks, help bring them to justice, and save lives
