Secretary Paulson and Chinese Executive Vice Premier Wu Yi have announced the creation of the U.S.-China Strategic Economic Dialogue. The dialogue, created by Presidents Bush and Hu, will be the first of its kind and will occur at the highest official level, with Paulson and Wu at the helm.
