Secretary Paulson delivered a speech in Washington, DC today on India's rise as an important player on the global economic stage in advance of his trip to the country next week. My objective is to contribute to the strong, growing partnership between India and the United States. I hope to help the Indian government advance their economic reform agenda, which will benefit India's citizens and the world, said Paulson.
