Secretary Paulson is in Cape Town, South Africa where he participated in a signing ceremony for USAID financial support for South African small businesses and delivered remarks at the U.S.-Africa Business Summit organized by the Corporate Council on Africa. He will attend the meeting of G-20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors in Kleinmond, South Africa on Saturday. Secretary Paulson met Thursday with students at the Lake Manyara Primary School near Arusha, Tanzania.
