Treasurer Anna Escobedo Cabral visits San Antonio, Texas today to promote financial education and to offer advice to homeowners who may be experiencing difficulty paying their mortgage and may face foreclosure. The Treasurer will deliver remarks on financial literacy at the ACCION Texas Summit on Microfinance in the United States. Her visit is part of President Bush's initiative to help subprime homeowners stay in their homes.
