Secretary Paulson will meet with South Korean President Roh, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Economy and Finance Kwon, and Trade Minister Kim in Seoul today. The Secretary will then travel to Beijing and Shanghai to meet with government officials and local business leaders. In Shanghai the Secretary will deliver a speech on China's capital markets.
