Asst. Sec. for Financial Markets Anthony W. Ryan visits Chicago today to tour the Board of Trade and to discuss the PWG's guidelines on hedge funds and other private pools of capital. The Assistant Secretary will also participate in the dedication of St. Leo's Veterans Residence, a housing complex and educational center the Treasury helped to finance.
