Secretary Paulson hosted a meeting of the G7 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors at the Treasury Department Friday. The G7 gathering took place in advance of the spring meetings of the World Bank and IMF which are scheduled this weekend to discuss progress on the work of the Bank and the Fund.
