Secretary Henry M. Paulson, Jr. moderated a forum discussion today on the importance of an open economy and international investment for U.S. job creation and economic growth hosted by the Organization for International Investment and GeorgeWashingtonUniversity's Elliott School of International Affairs. Tomorrow, Paulson travels to St. Louis where he will tour the facilities of two foreign-affiliated companies operating there to illustrate the importance of open investment in creating jobs and economic expansion in the U.S.
