Secretary Henry M. Paulson, Jr. will moderate a forum discussion Thursday on the importance of an open economy and international investment for U.S. job creation and economic growth hosted by the Organization for International Investment and George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs. On Friday, Paulson will travel to St. Louis where he will tour the facilities of two foreign-affiliated companies operating there to illustrate the importance of open investment in creating jobs and economic expansion in the U.S.
