Assistant Secretary for Tax Policy Eric Solomon spoke this week at a U.S. Council on International Business/OECD conference on the role the U.S. tax system plays in allowing U.S. businesses to compete in the global marketplace. As the global economy continues to expand and markets become more open to investment, developed economies such as those within the OECD continue to adapt their corporate tax systems to compete in the global marketplace, said Solomon.
