Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions Fund is visiting the Gulf Coast this week to discuss the area's recovery after Hurricane Katrina and how the CDFI Fund can provide further assistance to underserved communities. The CDFI Fund's Community Development Advisory Board will also hold its annual meeting in the Gulf Coast today. This is the first time that the Board has met outside of Washington, D.C.
