Secretary Paulson will deliver remarks in New York City next Thursday on the Treasury Department's national security role. Paulson's remarks will be before the Council on Foreign Relations and will focus on Treasury's efforts to safeguard the financial system from abuse by terrorists, proliferators, rogue regimes, and other bad actors.
