Acting Under Secretary for International Affairs Clay Lowery will participate in a panel discussion today on China hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Lowery will discuss the U.S.-China economic relationship, specifically the Strategic Economic Dialogue which was established to create a focused and effective framework for addressing issues of mutual concern.
