President George W. Bush on Tuesday issued a new executive order bolstering Treasury's authorities to target and financially isolate those perpetrating acts of violence against innocents and contributing to destabilization efforts in Iraq. The president has made certain that we have a complete set of financial tools to help ensure we're doing all we can to stabilize Iraq,'' said Stuart Levey, Undersecretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence.
