I've been looking at the global economy for a long time and I can't think of any time in my business career where I've seen such a strong global economy, said Secretary Paulson at a press briefing with the White House economic team. We have a very diverse, very flexible economy. There are signs that business is increasing its investment, and again, very strong growth outside of the U.S.
