Under Secretary for International Affairs David H. McCormick delivered remarks today to the CFA Society of Chicago. His remarks focused on the international response to financial market turmoil. U.S. long-run economic fundamentals remain sound and I believe that flexibility, resilience and strength of our capital markets and economy will prevail, said McCormick.
