Secretary Henry M. Paulson, Jr. traveled to the Middle East this weekend to reiterate the United States commitment to open investment and discuss the economic benefits of nations around the world remaining open for investment. The Secretary met with government officials and representatives from local business and investor communities. He delivered a speech on the importance of open investment today in Abu Dhabi.
