Secretary Henry M. Paulson, Jr. attended a day of meetings Tuesday hosted by Mexican Finance Minister Agustin Carstens to discuss regional finance and economic issues. The meetings covered a global and regional economic outlook, the role of international financial institutions in the region and areas of strategic cooperation.
