Secretary Henry M. Paulson, Jr. testified on Capitol Hill Thursday on financial market regulatory restructuring. In March the Treasury Department released the Blueprint for a Modernized Financial Regulatory Structure. The Blueprint presents a series of short-, intermediate- and long-term recommendations for reform of the U.S. regulatory structure.
