Community Development Financial Institutions Fund Director Donna Gambrell delivered remarks Thursday at the National Credit Union Association Risk Mitigation Summit in Chicago. The CDFI Fund expands the capacity of financial institutions to provide credit, capital, and financial services to underserved populations and communities in the United States. The Fund has awarded $864 million to community development organizations and financial institutions since it's creation in 1994.
